I had a great experience at Physician’s Footcare. I was able to get a same-day appointment when I called with pain in my right foot. The receptionists were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. I was seen on time by Dr. Gregory Santamaria, who immediately knew what was causing my foot pain. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He even went above and beyond by helping me find the exact type of bandage I needed on Amazon so I could order it. I highly recommend Dr. Santamaria and the entire team at Physician’s Footcare for their excellent care and outstanding customer service.

I’ve been going to Dr. Cook for 5 years . He’s done surgery on One of my right foot the two small toes took a bone out of each one and it worked need the other one done haven’t got that done yet but I have a spur on the top of my toe have to get injections every 3 months or have surgery on that now my foot is collapsed so I’m going from there Guess I might have to have the surgery sooner than later on that foot other than that he’s great great doctor

I have struggled with my ingrown toenails for decades. Over the years, I’ve tried several gadgets, home remedies, and even considered visiting a traditional healer. Nothing worked, I just accepted the fact that I would have to live with this issue for life. That is until recently; a few weeks ago I had an appointment with Physicians Foot Care in Sumter SC. My consultation was with Dr. Keyoka Smith. She performed a thorough examination of both my feet, and truly cared to hear my back story of my foot related struggles. Dr. Smith meticulously explained my options towards a path to healthy, happy feet. Today, I had a follow up appointment with Dr. Smith. During this visit, my toenails were removed. While inducing minimal pain; Dr. Smith successfully removed my toenails. She explained every step of the process, and kept me at ease for the duration. Dr. Smith’s professionalism coupled with her passion towards the well being of her patience is truly outstanding. We are blessed to have a Doctor of this caliber, serving the Sumter and Shaw AFB communities. I am truly grateful for Dr. Smith and her staff. When it came to solving a problem I’ve struggled with for decades; they “Nailed it”. Kudos to Dr. Smith and her entire staff, from the bottom of my heart I truly thank you.
